i idk wut to do its coffusing ever sense my last relation ship ive lost who i am and i dont know how to get me back plz give me some guidence

Hillel dealt with this over 2000 years ago with his "Three Questions".
1. If I am not for myself, who will be?
- that allows each of us to be a little selfish
2. If I am ONLY for myself, who am I?
- that tells us to share with others.
3. If not now, when.
- that tells us to start sharing now.
So - take care of yourself first, and then try to be there for others.

That's actually a pretty tough question. I would say spend time alone like 48 full hours no phone, no internet, just alone in your thoughts. Maybe write in a journal or listen to your favorite music. I would on the other hand suggest being around a lot of people, like a club or a party, or concert, where you can just let loose and enjoy yourself. Do what makes you happy at this time. Other people have plenty of time to focus on themselves, it's time that you do the same for yourself. You obviously didn't have the best outcome of a break-up so you're trying to find other things that make you happy. Find out what makes you completely happy.
