Oh no. Not Bruce Forsyth. Why should he be knighted? I thought you had to do something great or contrivute something to become knighted. Bruce Forsyth hasn't done much of anything. And the chap really does need to find some talent, of which he is lacking to the extreme.

I doubt it, now that he's finally been made a knight, which means he would be seen by utilising the BBC as an asset to the programme. regrettably, countless the innovations that have been made on the topic of who seems on our displays have been made months in the past and demographics and age communities are a great area of it, too. Frankly, Sir Bruce is of that era that could have remembered a programme of yesteryear observed as Come Dancing, nonetheless that call seems greater effective to a pair of todays' greater risque nightclubs. i might agree, John Barrowman may well be a lot greater beautiful. he's vivid, beautiful, supportive, honest and has is not any stranger to efficient musical theatre for the period of the final seven to 10 years.

If the political leaders [of whatever political party] submit his name to the Queen to be on the list to receive honors, yes, he should be knighted.
Being a commoner is no proper basis for being excluded from receiving a knighthood.

Why? What has he actually done for this country other than be on TV which makes money for himself? At least Terry Wogan has presented Eurovision so he's actually represented the UK. Bruce is now too old and should retire with his Miss World wife. At least she got her title fair and square.

That's a good shout. He should receive a knighthood for his services to entertainment. He's not my cup of tea though but I am all for credit where credit is due.
