that there is a ghost living in one of my upstairs bedrooms in my house. Because at night there is always sound coming from the closet and my cat is always meowing during the night. Is it true animals pick up on that? I'm curious I want to know if there is a ghost up there. I know I sound dumb but I'm serious. My house was built in 1919 so I don't know. Where could I go to find the history of my house? Is it possible to find it online?

It is possible there is a mouse in there, a cat would certainly pick up on that. Leave the closet door open at night so your cat can get in there and see if your cat doesn't catch one. Mice can make all sorts of rustly noises at night.

Quite possible, but VERY unlikely.
There's a multitude of things that can cause old houses to make odd noises. Night is when you usually hear them because there's less background noise than in the day.
The court house/circuit clerk's office is the only place I know that you might be able to find the history of the home.

yep only there called spirits, to find out the history of the house, try the records clerk at your local court house,

well since ur house is that old u can prob got to you local libary and look up the history on it! um yeah go to ur libarys
web site and see. well there is one thing i know there is a such
thing as Ghost!
