We started at $5 in about 2000 and have stayed there. Kinda average around these parts.

Where are you from? I work in a school where the kids seem to get Â£1 on average. I think that's about $2?

Depending allowance about one week's allowance per tooth if you are already giving them an allowance. . I gave mine $50.00 but, that was mainly to piss my ex off.
Usually it if $5.00 to $10.00.
