Please explain these terms (if not all at least some):

Bank overdraft (external source of finance)
Working capital (internal source of finance)
Debentures (external source of finance)
Issuing shares (external source of finance)
Trading profit (Internal source of finance)
Trade credit (Internal source of finance)
