I am not sure where the "most women prefer" statistic comes from. That gal might like it but I would not get carried away with one opinion.

You don't have to shave them at all. Like other hair, it grows and falls out.

Pretty well most men have never even entertained the thought. From all the friends I have had over the years, all the discussions about women, sex etc I have never heard the topic come up. I don't know anyone who says he has done it.

There is a chance that your focus might be misplaced. Worry about other stuff in life.

Jacob, you do not have to shave anything if you don't want to do so. There is nothing that says you must shave your balls, or any of your pubic hair. It is only something that seems to be popular these days. If you don't want to shave then don't, if you do want to try it then just take your time so you don't cut yourself. Some people like to trim their pubes above the penis and shave the balls. This will give you a clean look and I must mention the feeling is great having smooth balls.

No you don't have to do it. Also don't listen to people who say "most women". It's all down to the individual. Anyone who has a problem with hairy balls on a guy they like is silly. Besides when you get in a relationship you can make compromises then. I think pubic hair looks normal and I don't like the idea of a guy taking a razor to that area, just in case, lol. I have no problem with guys who don't shave their balls and yes I have had sex with a guy with hairy balls.

The hair on your scrotum and above your penis are yours to do with as you please (unless you are having surgery in that region in which case someone else will provide you with a shave - hehe).

There is no requirement for you to shave or trim yrou pubic or scrotum hair. However, if you look at yorusel fin a mirrio and find it to be not as neat and clean looking as you like, feel free to trim and/or shave as required to present yourself in a desirable fashion. After all, you don;t want others seeing a messy looking pubic region; it may turn them off you.

Oh, and if you are in a relationship, feel free to allow your partner the freedom to trim or shave you as they desire. After all, they are going to see more of that area of you than you do if things are going really well.

And keep in mind that if you shave or trim and take off more than you like, it will grow back. So whethe ryou start by shaving it all off and watch the regrowing to find the right level of trim some and then decide, matters not since all yrou mistakes will disappear if you leave it alone for a month or two.

BTW, one of my roommates shave off his pubes but keeps th escrotum hair, the other one trims and I shave the scrotum and trim above. All a matter of personal preference.

As a woman, I would find shaved pubes really repulsive. I like a man to look like a MAN, not a pre-pubescent boy. Very, very few guys feel any need to do this. And mostly I think those that do have serious issues about accepting adulthood.

In most cases, women prefer their men's testicles shaved. If you are beginning a relationship, I think you should take shaving into consideration. This is coming from a women's view.

You never have to shave them. I prefer my men to have as much hair as possible.

You don't have to at all, although some women like shaven pubic hair.

So it depends on who you are with.

the only real reason you should do it is if it helps your hygiene or comfort level.
