Of these, Dean. It's underused, masculine, and cool sounding. Sean is also a great name, but is very common. Clint sounds too close to a woman's private parts for me. It might work as a nickname for Clinton. However, I don't think many people would approve of naming a boy after the former president or current presidential candidate.
Other ideas:
Wyatt
Grant
Fionn
Jude
Theodore, nn Theo
Noah
Micah
Ezekiel, nn Zeke

Never liked Clint, too close to a bad word if you drop one letter. Cole, Cael or Grant are much better.
Like Dean and Sean. I'd go with Dean. Not overdone.
Prefer Shane over Sean.

Sean is the best of the three, but not spelled that way. I've always hated that spelling...it should be spelled Shawn. Then I'd go with Dean, and finally Clint.
