Make a concious decision to change for yourself but you have to REALLY want to. If you're not doing the work that you're assigned you are giving up before you even begin. You'll never know your potential until you apply yourself. I believe that you can do almost anything that you set your mind to. Just decide to do it and GO FOR IT!

You can do it. I think part of it is finding a time to do the work. I have to wake up early and do it in the morning. After 15 minutes of yoga, coffee or tea and a shower I am ready to work. At 4 or 5 in the morning there are no distractions, and I am alone and not as stressed. It gives me time to do homework and fill out college apps. I think it would help you to find a time when you are motivated to work. Perhaps right after school in the school library, after working all day maybe you feel motivated to be productive. Perhaps the best time for you is after dinner, when you've had a chance to wind down and take a break after school.

If college doesn't work out right away, you can go to a community college for a year. At the community college you can get good grades and find out what career you want to pursue(if you don't already know). After your first year you can transfer to a better college. The atmosphere at college is different, and maybe you will like that kind of schedule and homework.

its going to be a bigger problem once you hit college. best thing you can do is get some friends on a study group or something though that may not be likely.
heck i i know i couldnt get an A on the last calculus test i took but i still studied for 10 hours and got a disappointing C on it. later i found out that C was one of the highest grades on the class which in return wasnt too disappointed by it.
just study or atleast try and good things will happen.

This is not just a matter of knowing/How come some Bimbo's get A*'s.They are thick as a Brick but get A*'s,apart from the cheats(Who are losers any way-Don't ever say so I am speaking Hypothetically)the rest have mastered study skills.I'm from the UK and we were never taught study skills until we got to the American equivalent of Freshmen at University with Critical Thinking(It's good for you!)until University(Where I am now)where they teach you study skills of all kinds. One book that is good for you is How to win friends and influence people by$$$$$

Continue to study hard. It's really important to give everything you have in your schoolwork. The harder you try, the more successful and smart you will be. Take it from someone who knows, an 85 average, if it's the best you can do, is better than a 70 average when applying for any college. Try as hard as you can, you'll be happy with what happens.

no longer in basic terms must you invite for extra credit, yet ask in case you're able to do any of the previous assignments yet lower back. If the instructor facilitates you to try this, no longer in basic terms will it develop your grade, whether it will allow you to already know the cloth greater helpful. a expert in case you have any cumulative assessments/assessments.

think of it like this. even though you "know" that you wont get a 100 on anything in school. you can choose to do it first thing and put alot of effort into it. therefore you will have alot of free time and wont feel any guilt on not doing your homework or schoolwork.
