I have a dog that pee'd on my porcelain ceramic tiles and I want to clean - sanitize and disinefect. I also want to make the house smell good. I heard that Vinegar + Baking soda cleans floors? What about peroxide to clean the floors?

if it's non-toxic you want, i wouldn't consider peroxide.

You might want to use the peroxide either before or after you use the vinegar/baking soda solution- but not at the same time.
