Yes, that way you can eat forever, and not even care because it only costs to get in...they don't say anything about what food you eat, or anything...it's awesome.....

I no longer do Chinese buffets because the meat is too unidentifiable. Others like Old Country Buffet or something like that I don't like going to because of the people there and then I think of people talking while they pile food on their plate and the germs they are getting in your serving. I will though go to a nice quality buffet but that's not often because they are most expensive.

I would like to eat all my meals at a real old-fashioned
GOOD buffet---but they are so hard to find !
One plate for Food---one for Dessert---to keep
my Boyish Figure !
Most of them are Pasta Oriented to provide cheap
dishes to fill up the kids !
My moods for food vary as soon as I sit down to eat
which drives my wife and our cook wild !
If I go into an Italian Restaurant I suddenly wish
it was a Mexican or Chinese Restaurant and I
begin to think of Peggy Lee singing ---
"Is that all there is ?---then let's keep Dancing !"
My wife says Im a "Mormon Gourmet "---
But that's why I like Buffets---for the Variety !
Variety is the Spicy Food of Life !

I'll usually have two plates of food. That's enough to fill me up at the Chinese restaurant where there is a buffet

Yes i do,especially if its a certain type of food i like such as seafood,i can eat atleast 2 full plates of seafood, but anything else i will only do maybe one full plate.
Buffets are ok,but im picky about certain ones and i like to get there early while everythings hot and fresh and before all the food is picked over.

Generally, I try not to. The people today, are more obese, than even 20 years ago.
Most people tend to think that buffets are cheap and you can eat all you want but there are a few problems with that. Your body doesn't need or want you to eat everything four and five times. Next time you go into a buffet, look at the general mass of people. Their butts usually hang off the side of the chair.
Also, having friends who work at buffets, most of the food if dehydrated. Your soup, macaroni and cheese, biscuits...its all made from a small packet..just add water. I don' t think that can be too healthy for you.
When in a situation where I HAVE to go, I usually opt for the salad bar.
