Don't worry - 5ft tall is a good height for a 13 year old girl - you'll probably get another growth spurt when you're 15 or 16, so don't worry, it'll turn out alright in the end!

Your potential height is determined by your genes and good nutrition. If you didn't get good nutrition during a growth spurt, you may not be able to regain your potential height. However, do not despair. Get a referral from your family doctor to a specialist, and they will tell you what to do to maximize your height. You still have a few years of growth left.
As for shots, that's up to you and the doctor. If shots are recommended, then you have to decide on what is more important in your life and your future: maximizing your height and other bone growth, or putting up with a tiny little pain every so often when the needle goes in. Don't be a wimp about this, for heaven's sake.

Is there 'anything' you can do. First at 13, you are not always at your full height, and it would not surprise me to see you gain the additional 3 inches by the end of your growth. If I were you, I would start eating very healthy to assure you get all the natural vitamins and take a good supplement as well.
If you go to a doctor's office, they could give you growth hormones, however, I would NOT suggest such to you. Go with what I believe will be your natural height and accept it. As I said, I do believe you will gain additional height before the end of your growth cycle.
And remember that no mater how tall you are, as long as your feet hit the floor when you stand up, you are never too short!
I hope this helps.

There is nothing you can do to make yourself grow except being healthy. Congrats on gettings your health back!!!! I would take to the doctor about it. I promise you that they won't give you shots to make you grow. Also, 5 feet is not bad for being 13. I am 21 and I'm 5'2" you still have some years to get a few inches or so. Focus on your health, you are beautiful! Let nature take its course as far your your height is concerned.

Well we all have a potential hight we can be, but lack of proper nutrition alters it. Obviously you've probably lost some height, but as you're only 13, you will grow more if you concentrate on proper nutrition until you are 17 or 18. All you can do is that. There's no magic formula.

That's a myth. It belongs with others like the size of a cock can be guessed at by looking at someone's feet, hands or nose. Bollocks. I started masturbating at four, so it didn't make any difference from then right through puberty.

You are only thirteen, you'll keep growing until you are 21 years old. Don't worry too much about it. keep the good job, eta healthy and exercise. Go see a doctor they might recommend growth hormone but I really don't think you need it since you are so young and have many years yet to grow.

Congratulations on your recovery, and please keep it up.
It's a hard battle, I know.
If you are developing in other areas other than growing taller, maybe this was going to be your height in the first place.
We all want to be a certain height, and it's usually not what we end up being! I'm 5' 7 and wish that I were 5 ft.!
It wouldn't hurt to ask your doctor that question.
Don't worry about it. Just be glad that you're on the road back to health.
Love
