It has some jump out of your seat parts in the movie. More suspense than nudity and gore. I liked it......would not have wanted to pay movie ticket price to see though.

Neither the appearance of 'blood' or 'nudity' make a movie scary. Suspense and plot direction does.

Vacancy was an ok movie. It wasn't scary, but it was suspenseful. I don't remember any nudity. There were scenes (from an "in movie" VHS tape) of women in their underwear. I have seen scarier movies, so this one won't leave you scarred for life.
I saw the exorcist when I was a little kid and that movie F'ed me up for a while. hehehehe

It is scary... little nudity. Some blood.
