These guys break into this man's house to rob him, the man pulls out a shotgun and kills the robber with the gun, but he then proceeds to force the other robber at gunpoint to have sex with the body of his slain comrade while he videotapes it. Will the homeowner be held liable , will the remaining robber still be charged with crime?

It's going to be hard to convince the Courts that the victim in a robbery actually did this!! The robber will have to have proof of this to get the victim arrested or convicted. Yes the robber will still be convicted of the crime he commited, there's no way out of that. The robber will have a hard time convincing the Courts that this actually happened therefore he really needs the proof of this, but it dosen't mean it will get him out of the robbery charge. This is quite weird!! I guess that's what he gets for doing the crime, you just never know!!!!!

I think if you did that you would end up in a mental institution. What you are suggesting has nothing to do with self defense and would actually make the whole incident to seem like the act of a nut case.

yes. the one crime has nothing to do with the other. we don't live in vigilante justice system, at least if you live in the US

and it won't be hard to show the 'victim' did this if you have the videotape
