I want to purchase a really good set of cookware...?

but I am not familiar with any brands other than Calphalon. Are there any serious cooks out there that can give me some kind of direction as to what to look for and what are the better brands? I am trying to stay away from "Nonstick".

I like my Tramontina stainless steel cookware. It is quality stainless (18/10). They have different lids for certain pots and pans. Some are glass and some are solid stainless steel. Many have vents in the glass lids. I have included their website. Just click on the link.

T-FAL IS THE BEST THAT I FOUND. NON-STICK AND DURABLE
