Women tend to get less sleep during their periods and cramps are the worse! I have found that heating pads work wonders, but you do not want to sleep with one all night for safety matters. What I have found that work are ThermaCare Menstrul Patches. These adhere to the inside of your underwear and provide up to 8 hours of heat refief. Combined with a couple of Advil you should sleep fairly well. These are also discrete so you can wear them any time of day. Look for them by the pads and tampons. If for some reason you can't find them there look for them in the pain refief section.

Yes, lamentably, my general practitioner mentioned it is natural. He mentioned it can be a scarcity of potassium or calcium. It obtained higher for me (despite the fact that I did not begin taking extra of both of the ones). I simply knew now not to take a look at to stretch too swiftly, even within the night time, or I'd get a horrible cramp.

Aspirin will relieve the pain but trying a levonorgestrel/ethinyl estradol combination will stop your period permanently.

Use a heating pad, I use it all the time. The heat will help relax your uterus which is contracting like crazy.
