El Duque, Pettitte and Rivera have also been on four World Series winners. There are no active players, though, with more than that.
The last guy to retire with five or more was David Cone.
For Ralph below me - Please check your facts. David Cone last played in 2003, while Paul O'Neill's last season was 2001.

well actually, teams that participate in the world series that were on the losing team, still receive rings.
do you mean, what player has been on the most world series winning teams? or what player has been to the most world series?
the rings are just something the owner hands out to players and staff as a thank you.

No player can have more than 8 rings, due to the 'maximum of one ring per finger rule'. Rings were allowed on thumbs up until 2004, but since they looked silly on thumbs, this was banned at the annual convention.
Rings may not be worn on toes.
