Affairs, by definition, are usually not a good thing.
RELATIONS, however, is a different animal altogether.
It's a difficult subject, because there are CULTURAL differences based upon race as well as physical differences. If the couple can overcome or are willing to "deal" with the consequenses of those differences, then more power to them. Personally, I just don't think I could handle it... but that's a personal choice.
Everyone is entitled to my opinion.
