Coulomb's law force F is
F=kQ1Q2/R^2 where
k - electrostatic constant =8.988 E+9 N m^2/C^2
Q1,Q2 charges
R - distance between the charges
since Q1=Q2
we have
R=sqrt( kQ^2/F)=
R=Qsqrt( k/F)
R= 1 E-6 sqrt( 8.988 E+9 /1)=0.095 m or 9.5 cm
