just wondering if anyone here can play guitar?

if you do can you explain what this means, cause i want to play it.

i understand what the EBGDAE going down the side means.
i know the lines going across represents the strings.

1) what does the numbers on the lines mean?
2) above the lines there are the letters H E S T Q what does it mean?

E,A,D,G,B,E on the left are your strings. The string on the bottom of the drawing is the low E string (the big one). You “read” from left to right. When you see a number it will indicate the fret to be used…for example if you see the number 3 on the bottom line you would play the low E string with your finger on the 3rd fret (counting from the end of the guitar closest to the tuning knobs). If all the numbers are lined up in a row from top to bottom play them at the same time. If they are spaced out play them one at a time. Good luck.

The numbers on the lines refer to the frets, e.g. fret number 5 on the D string will give you a G note.
If you look further down the page you will find that the letters above the lines refer to the duration of each note.

The numbers are fret numbers basically if it has a 3 on the a string just press down the string at the first dot on the fret board. and as for the letters i wouldn't know without seeing it.

ok the Numbers on the Guitar tab means to play that number Fret

like if it says E--------4-------2 ------6
you would Play the 4th Fret on E and then the 2nd fret on E and then the 6th Fret on E

And the Letters mean its the duration or how long u hold each note
W - whole
H - half
Q - quarter
E - 8th
S - 16th
T - 32nd
X - 64th
. - note dotted
|-n-| - n-tuplets

Better yet - learn to read music, rather than just guitar tabs. You'll be a better musician in the long run.
