What is everyone doing tonight? I'm planning on going to dinner, then drinking champagne in my hot tub while the snow hopefully continues to fall. What are all your plans?

Tonight/today is me day. I have opened an '89 Veuve Cliquoet bottle of champagne this morning and sipped my first glass while lying on my hammock next to the beach while reading the paper. Since then I have been making a Raspberrry chocolate Creme Brulee for dessert tonight. Next I am going to walk up and down the beach. I am also thinking of cracking open the new book from Nocolas Sparks. Dinner tonight is going to be a New Zealand rack of lamb with a raspberry/mint demi-glace (took me threee days to make this off and on) and proscuitto wrapped asparagus for dinner tonight. I am going to have a Raptor Ridge Oregon Pinot Noir with it. Tonight I will light a fire, put on some Diana Krall jazz and enjoy this meal. Afterwards I am going to sit on the deck in my hot tub overlooking the waves on Wrightsville beach, smoke a cuban Romeo y Juliet cigar and enjoy some Remy Martin XO Cognac. We almost have similar days planned.
