where would i find the setting for incoming udp on my firewall?

Hi i need to turn allow UDP to my computer. where would i find this setting on my fire wall?

I'm trying to get Joost tv but i cant recive it.

Its not as easy as that. What firewall? Is it just that. Unfortunately it may be many things.
A lot more info could be needed.

In tead of allowing UDP/TCP traffic from all sources, consider adding your IP address blocks to trusted IP addresses section of your computer's firewall. Allowing UDP's considerably reduces your security.
