At one time, there were many Arab Christians, but most of them have left the Middle East. Arabs are people whose mother tongue is a Semitic language, i.e. Hebrew, Aramaic, Arabic, etc. Iranians are not Arabs; they don't speak a Semitic language.

genrally speaking most are muslim but a few are arab none are jewish as isreal controls palestine and all of those who are jewish become and isreali citizen
