There is no way to adjust the water level in the bowl. The level is predetermined by the built-in P-trap in the body of the toilet. You can adjust the water in the tank only.

The only thing you could do if you were being serious is move the little hose inside the tank from going down the pipe in the center but then you'll be smelling yourself instead of shocking your self...depending on your diet you may want to stick to shocking!

Reset the tank water to a lower level by using the water level adjustment clip located on the link of the valve. Squeeze the two sides of the metal clip together, then slide clip down the rod.............for illustration go to the following website :)....DreO
