I need to know different cloud types of certain areas (Cirrus, Cumulus, etc) This is very important, I just need a site that records cloud types at certain areas.

As the first contributor says, there are too many different types of clouds to be recorded in a meaningful way. In any case, the names used are sometimes suggestive and what looks like like alto-stratus to me may be alto-cumulus to someone else. The only way to get an indication of cloud levels at any location is to find the ICAO code of the nearest airport and type that code, together with the keyword METAR in Google. You will then get a weather report for aviation. Decoding it requires a bit of practice but, with time, you will be acquainted with the lingo used by those who are really depending on the weather, the pilots.

Well, this is one area of weather where there just aren't any records any more.

Most of the weather observations today are automated with little or no human input. There is not a machine made (at least so far) that can determine what type of cloud the machine is seeing. It can only report the height and approximate amount of cloud.

A few additive observations are still taken (every 6 hours) at some offices that do give a predominate cloud type but even they are incomplete to give an accurate picture as to how many different cloud types may be present. I have never seen any of those observations on the Internet and suspect that since there is little use for that product that it is mainly internal to the weather services.

There are all different types of clouds in the sky at one given time. In fact there are over 100 types of clouds, so only if you know every single cloud type then you can keep records. Unfortunately there aren't any websites where you can get cloud types.
