What?????? How sexist can you be? Many woman have run governments in other countries, Margarete Thatcher, Indira Ghandi,Golda Meir and others. Maybe the USA is finally ready for a woman - look at where are now -war, weak dollar, lost our standing through out the world, the hacking of our constitution - mostly created in the last seven years, led by men.

No. Margaret Thatcher was a strong British Prime Minister, and Golda Meir was an effective head of state in Israel. We have had two United States Secretaries of State who were more than capable, the first one a Democrat and the second one a Republican.
Women can handle stressful jobs. It is only a matter of time before the United States has a female president. I think whoever is elected president will do a good job.
I am a registered Republican, and I think Mrs. Clinton is capable of doing an excellent job as President, if she gets the nomination and is elected.

Women have not had rights for as long as the men have and other minorities even less. It is not because we are weak minded. It is because a man can physically overpower a woman.
Throughout history women have used their power from behind the scenes influencing men.
This is a new era. The mind is revered and physical strength is abhorred. Women are no longer on the sidelines, and although I do not believe Hillary will be elected this term, it is not because she is a woman. It is her stand on the issues and lack of conviction.
It is only a matter of time now. Just wait..my daughter is still in high school but already she is showing strong presidential traits!

No it doesn't mean that females are weak. Women, since they bear the children, have traditionally been the full time caretakers of the home and children, with men in the "breadwinner" role.
The rearing of children is one of the most stressful jobs on the planet and women have proven they are up to the task.
But as technology improves, women have had to spend less time at the ironing board and in the kitchen, allowing them to participate in politics and take on other roles in society in addition to the role of wife/mother.
Since our constitution requires a president to be at least 35, women who run for that office will have already raised their children to young adulthood and will have the time and energy to devote to the service of their country.

The US has never been as enlightened as other countries when it comes to female leaders. After all it has been the good ole boy network that has lead politics all these years. And yes a lot of women have been intimidated enough to sit back and let the men lead. Even today we have women who think women should stay in their "place." No, women are not too weak to lead. Men have kept women down not for our good but for theirs.

Not at all. It just means that men can't handle being outdone by a woman. Their egos are far too big. There are too many idiots out there that are afraid to see women as equal. Those are the ones who can't handle a relationship with a woman, or respect women. Thus, the head up the *** syndrome.
You commented to Mary Jo to do her homework...you clearly missed english class.
I wonder how you manage to get dressed every day.

Didn't you ask this question yesterday? You know repeating yourself is a weakness in and of itself. Women are more than capable of handling the job, we just have not been presented a viable candidate that is good for this country.

i hope if your mother was there with you when you wrote this question she slapped you.
there have been plenty of women in fields that are powerful, we just haven't had a female president yet. might i remind you that women are graduating college more than half the amount of men are, and are going into fields that are more dominated than men.
then there are morons who won't vote for a woman just because she is a woman.

It means females are too busy to waste their time on that worthless, horrible, extremely dangerous job. The risk of death in that office exceeds that of working in coal mines.
