Not something I'd do, this one kinda looks like me when I was eight, but I can't help but wonder...

I guess it could. If it was a blonde girl with big blue eyes, bunches in her hair and a pink background combined with a name full of hearts and stars you might interpret their question in a different manner, especially if it was ambiguous and perhaps answer the question using simpler vocabulary. (I am going to get soo many thumbs down from angry blondes - I just meant if it looked like an avatar created by a child).
With photo avatars it can also have an effect as the image they choose can say a lot about the kinds of questions they will ask.

It never did to me until yesterday when this guy asked a question about a kids website and wanted to know peoples names on the site, when I looked at his avatar the question seemed sketchy to me- def. not the look of a pre teen...guess it bugged me b/c my 10 year old is always on that website and I got a bit protective... and I let him know!! But generally I don't even pay attention to that when answering, I think the avatars are fun!!

i think it may turn guys to choose blondes as best answers 8-) or really pretty avatars because they look sexxxxxxxi :D

Yes, I think so. We designed it to look like us or how we would like to look and the personality goes along with it.

i think it does especially when you use your pic and you're cute,the person could even give you best answer for that.
