It's fake. A yahoo search on it resulted in listings for spam filters. The misspellings and poor grammar usually indicate that an emial is spam. The exclamation point in the middle of words (ex: Enginee! r and Eng! ineer) is used to help bypass filters, so it would indicate that any information or company named in the email may not be completely legitimate.

If an e-mail uses the word(s) "Confidential" or "Eyes Only" or "Just for you", or anything along those lines, it is a spam (even if it gives your name, the spammer could have just copied it from somewhere).

Whether or not it's legit is another story. A lot of scammers/spammers/phishers use similar e-mails to trick desperate, unemployed people into giving them their personal info.

To find a job, go to your local unemployment office or use your local yellow pages to find no-fee agencies, or search any legitimate, popular, job-based, website (sorry, but I don't advertise other websites or manufacturers, industries, etc, on this site). There are scant few jobs that are available only through "private" or third party companies/agencies.

BTW, many such e-mails are used by individuals who have little or no experience in the listed fields, and hope that some sucker will send them their bonafide credentials, which they will then alter so that they can get the job for themselves or for other people (illegal immigrants, etc). Fortunately, background checks by most legitimate, primary companies eliminates the vast majority of such scams (if you don't believe me, I have worked at a large number of companies, and interviewed quite a few people who did not measure up to their resume's claims; one such person had the audacity to show up with what turned out to be a colleague's resume! Unfortunately, I didn't recognize it as such until after the interview, which the bogus applicant failed, miserably).

If you don't trust my answer, at least don't give ANYbody your personal information, even if they promise you a job, until you have had an in-person or phone interview with a legitimate, primary company (if it's a phone interview, make sure that at least the area code and first three digits (LATA) of the phone number can be traced via a web search engine to that company; i.e., NOT the alleged hiring company/agency).

Stating NAUKRI.COM in the mail does not make this mail more legitimate. Even if the mail may look professional, they can simply be copied from other real job sites and mail.

I would discard the email as more than likely they want you to pay to sign up.
