Pennsylvania, New York, Virginia, Kentucky, Tennessee, Ohio, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Iowa, Nebraska, Oklahoma, and Ontario Canada all have horse and buggy Amish. There are a few more states I think have them, but I'm not sure.
Car driving Mennonites and New Order Amish are much more wide spread, in an additional 24 states that I know for sure.

I know there are at least a couple of Amish communities in Missouri, around the Sedalia area.
The southern part of IL has some Amish communities as well.

Yes, there's a large Mennonite community near Harrisonburg Virginia, and you see lots of horses and buggies there.
