No. Santa would never allow something on his toys that would hurt a child. And he is real my mommy told me.

Santa's Elves are not allowed to us lead based paint in their toys (you ask Santa!).
Of course be careful of toys from countries such as China. Santa does import some toys from China, if his Elves are off sick.

They did when I was growing up in the 40's and 50's, but I never chomped and ate a TONKA road grader or dump truck. Never chewed on my Dad's 1951 Plymouth fender where my mother dented it and chipped the paint.
