Moonraker, he was looking for the place where a missionary had brought back a rare Orchid de Inegro from the upper region of the Amazoko, actually the area of the river Tiperapi. He was chased down the river to a "surprising" waterfall by Jaws who went over after Bond hanglided away to the area of the orchid . Where he followed a beautiful temptress to a grotto where a giant anaconda was waiting for him.
Hope this helps!
