That one is hard Jo as I love roast beef with yorkshire pudding but adore lamb. Don't have lamb very often as it is expensive so I will say lamb!!!

I love roast beef, but I make the BEST leg of lamb. Slow cooked with garlic and rosemary for about 7 hours until it just falls off the bone. I don't make it very often but it's been requested for Christmas lunch this year lol

Leg of Lamb.
I seen this really cool Alfred Hitchcock movie where this lady kills her husband and the police go to investigate and find that he was blungeoned to death. So while the police are searching her apartment for the murder weapon she is being little miss homemaker making them something to eat. What you may ask, ... Leg of Lamb. The same Leg of Lamb that was frozen hours before which she used to kill her husband. So the Police go on to eat the evidence. So I choose Leg of Lamb!
