I heard that mentioned in the movie Liar Liar and was just curious.

They are probably talking of the seven deadly sins, sloth, gluttony, lust, revenge, rage, envy, and some other one

Indiscretion means something inappropriate, like fondling a child inappropriately or taking money which did not belong to you. This therefore means that there were seven specific incidents of this - perhaps the person molested someone on seven different occasions or did this to seven different people one time each.
