As an-ex brit living in the US, I was disappointed to find that most americans don't know about these things. However, I am usually able to find crackers, puddings, etc in certain grocery stores (try Wegman's). Otherwise, you can find them online. I'm trying to spread the word among my family and friends here!

You can get Christmas crackers (those paper things you break open), but they aren't that common.
Mince pie is also not so common.
Typically, American pudding is sweet and smooth and flavors like chocolate or vanilla. I think it is very different than British pudding.

Yes and no. We DO have these things, but they are not a part of EVERY one's christmas celebration. Crackers are found in high end shops, but used only by those who enjoy them, the same for Puddings, pies and the etc.
Those who do not use them either never heard of them or don't consider them a 'must have' for their Christmas celebration.

Of course we do. We usually make such things ourselves. The political issues that surround the birth of Christ and the cry babies who want things their way or not at all have all but stymied the Christmas spirit here. It is likely that there will be a full generation of Americans that have no idea what Christmas is all about nor remember when people always greeted others with "Merry Christmas!" The politically correct greeting for the month of December is "Happy Holidays."
A great many Christians are fighting this trend, but that's why you rarely hear about the traditional Christmas things in America

Yes we do, just not every where and not by all. Nikki is obviously ignorant on the fact. Christmas in the USA is as diverse as the culture, sadly. But in areas you will find those things served it's just not as widely known or talked about and it's probably in the older generations where you will find it.
