You can't replace individual dead pixel; only the screen. It may be possible to "rejuvenate" some of the dead pixels by gently rubbing them with a pencil eraser.

All you can do is replace the screen. Dead pixels can't be fixed.

You can't. This is like asking how you replace individually stained stitches in a knitted sweater - it is too late now.

unfortunately you cannot replace them singly... you have to get a new screen... they cost a couple of hundred quid though
