Go to home depot and buy some thick and wide boards they are easy to take with you so you can get it off too.

A place like Northern Hydraulics or Tractor Supply Company has ramps for doing this. Ir just a good set of wooden planks from Home Depot or Lowe's might work, but you may need to reinforce them if the atv is on the heavy side. I used to be able to pick up my old atv by myself. My pickup was pretty low to the ground, the atv was pretty light, and I was in much better shape than I am now. Most pickups are just a little too high to be able to do this and atvs seem a lot heavier than they used to be.

You can get a ramp like this:

Or a set of brackets that you the mount on wooden boards:

If you have a Toyota truck, be careful. There have been a lot of cases where the tailgate is damaged because it will not handle the weight!

buy a set of ramps at a bike store or tractor supply. They fold up real nice. The pricer ones replace the tail gate, pretty trick man.

buy the ramps, and then to make it easier, find a small valley, ditch, or hole. back your trucks rear wheels into the hole or above mentioned spot. which will make the tailgate lower to the ground, making the ramps less steep and much MUCH easier to load

two good pieces of 2x12x 6 or 8 feet long would do the trick or find a hill you can back up to and drive it into the bed.

Make your own ramps out of wood.Go to a lumber yard &
explain what you need the wood for. They may even have a project info to help.Nothing better than doing it yourself.
