Mentally,,,age doesn't hit you as soon as physically. Age is just a number...really! Think positive thoughts!

Well if it was just a number then all the youngster will be able to buy what ever the want, tobacco, drugs, get an apartment, drive etc... So grab a hold of yourself and be comfortable in the skin you are in. Getting older comes with wisdom, so be happy that you can share your life's examples with others and be a role model to our youngsters.

Yes and no. Although I don't feel any different than I did 10 years ago, it takes me longer to heal, recover, build muscle or even use the bathroom than it did then. I can't run as fast, or as far, (smoking probably hasn't helped,) and I've had to change my study habits. That doesn't mean I actually feel any different. I'll do things now I wouldn't have tried then, and I won't do things now that I would have then.

I think it is. The mind is really the only limiting factor, beside physical health. Some older people are healthier mentally and physically than their younger counterparts.

The older I get, the more I think that.

I'm 40, but don't look it, act it or feel like it.
