A very nice Xmas card, with a hand written description or poem of how much she means to you. Your grand mother would like that much more than any gift you could possibly get for 10 bucks.

But how old is your grandma? A lot of grandmas are quite young these days and enjoy similar books, music etc. to younger people.

Ask her to make out a list of things you can help her with around her house for two or three hours; little things that she can no longer do herself. Perhaps she may need you to clean her windows, mowe the lawn, helper her clean out her kitchen cabinets she cannot reach More priceless than another set of hankies, and it will also show you how much you love her.

I get my grandma a gift certificate at a book store or if she doesn't like to read allot get one from a local department store or a restaurant. I would say $25 to &30 dollars would do it.

Make a mini scrapbook of your family. Take the pictures yourself. Then on every page next to each family member write why she is special to them or a special memory that they have of her. Sometimes Grandma's need to be reminded of special moments they have made to your life and who they are to you. When she is lonely she can open it and read from your families own word how special she is to all of you.

Why not get her a nice wee cardie, with "I LOVE IRON MAIDEN" emblazoned on it with a nice wee picture of EDDIE below the title. It would be original. Failing that, win her a night with Foster and Allen
