There are a few things to help-- eat more fiber, less sugar and caffeine. Eat smaller meals instead of bigger ones..
Take a magnesium and calcium supplement all month. Also, B complex vitamins help alot.
I also like to add chocolate. It is proven to make you feel better- not milk chocolate-- get a good dark chocolate- not as much sugar and it has more good stuff in it.

Normally, in UK our women go out and have a massive binge drinking session and then the are fine afterwards !
Come to UK or if you are here already, head for the nearest pub !
Also known as Public House.
Another thing you can do is goto Ireland and drink Guiness, this helps a lot !
With ANY thing in the world that may trouble you !

Very usual. even as your menstrual cycle begins to bleed your hormones are in flux and thoroughly opposite contained in the quantities on your device. progesterone and oestrogen replace in ranges for the period of diverse factors of your menstrual cycle or maybe as your sessions commence its because no fertilisation is detected and your hormones replace so the liner of your uterus deteriorates. All hormones. in case you wait some better years the mood swings could cool down a lot. also, you would possibly want to attempt some strength of mind techniques. Meditation worked nicely for me and figuring out that this is not any longer genuinely me yet basically the chemical fluctuations and my concepts's coping means it really is not any longer yet versed contained in the fluctuations.

If it's affecting your ability to live life as you'd like to live it, see a doctor. I've found that birth control pills really do reduce my symptoms to near non-existence. But some women actually take antidepressants for this. Good luck!
