As far as I understand it the home hub is pretty much locked to BT. IF you can log into it's router/modem settings and change the ADSL settingd other than the ID and password it might work, but today MOST providers will give you a router/modem anyway to "encourage" you to shift from them
Call BT first once you have an idea of another Co, they MIGHT have a sweetner deal to reduce your costs to stop you leaving !

No absolutely not... It is built to work on BT Retail Broadband only

Change to BT your account Total Broadband its a heck of a lot less that £48 quid a month

get rid of all the options you obviously have loaded on your line rental

Also if you move BT will hold you to term for the rental package you signed up to so you will have to pay them or they will blacklist you and other providers wont touch you anyway

Get onto BT Sales and get your package sorted out Kill all the damn extras just get basic line and broadband rental an no frills make all your calls after 6.00pm or use Skype etc

if it will try this, change it from routing mode to bridging mode. that'll show you how to apply the abode hub as an get admission to factor. it particularly is turning off the router element so as that a downstream router (your new router) can cope with the routing. you may ought to replace the firmware. could have the skill to bypass to the producer's web site and get that and the learning.
