PC should have been supplied with all drivers you need.
If you cannot find this, contact supplier of PC, and ask them what drivers you need.

if it's a "branded" PC like a DELL or HP enter the machine serial number or model No on their website abd search f ro drivers there

Hi: Go to Control Panel. Look for Sound--speaker icon.
Double click the icon. You will have several tabs. Go to Hardware tab and your sound device should be listed.

My sound device is Creative SB Audigy 2 in the Hardware list. It is also noted immediately under Volume, Audio and Voice.

Hope this helps.

If My Computer icon isn't on your desktop, then push Start and right click on My Computer. Choose Properties. A gray block will appear saying "System Properties," pick the Hardware tab, then Device Manager, it will be listed under Display Adapters.
