can i use sawdust with my stick insect?

To jim, You can buy stick Insects as pets. This one has been breed in captivatly, I clean and feed them daily!

I presume you mean in the bottom of the tank. Yes, should be no problem. Remember in their natural habitat stick insects would be surrounded by dirt and bits of leaves and general muck so a bit of sawdust probably wouldn't do them any harm.

Yes to sawdust, but they also need some privet hedge clippings to climb up and down on.

Your stick insect? All wild animals belong in Nature. If you stole this critter out of its home you are in violation of nature. In some states you may also be in violation of the law.

i used too as long as its natural you can use anything just remember to change it often as it will soak up all the yuk!
