Handling roughly causes some slight trauma. Masterbation will on occasion cause fluid build up under the skin, most often around the base of the head under the foreskin or remmenants of a cut foreskin. It can be painful and scary, but is quite common and causes no permanent harm. Just keep your hands off for a few days other than to direct your stream, and the excess fluid will be reabsorbed and it will be good as new! Ouch I remember those times. That usually happens when you rub your penis back and fourth to hard and to fast. Remember when you do something really fast it creates friction and friction creates heat, and it is that heat from the friction that is burning you penis so it will leave sores that hurt if you touch them.

normal, mine is ultra sensitive on the frenulum behind the head, sounds kinda like where your frenulum used to be. Im assuming this is a pleasure spot not a sore spot
