You need to see a doctor.

Normal, if it is not much and it is not happening frequently.

But for your peace of mind, see an Urologist if it happens again. The doctor will explain it all and if required, run test(physical rectal exam, and blood test) prescribe some thing for it.

You may find the answers on Internet too, do a search use "male sex organs".

PS
"Rhonda" has explained you one reason why you had the blood, I must deffer on her reason, because there are other reasons for the blood to show up also.

It is a common thing that happens when it is the first experience. Or, if you have long gap between each, sexual relationship or encounters (real long time) the tube need to be opened up again, the substance that comes out acts like a glue and depending on elapsed time between the encounter remaining material almost clogs the tube, on unclogging, little issue damage happens, show up as blood, the remaining material (supper glue like) itself seal the blood from coming out and keeps it lubricated, unless over the period it itself again dries up and clogs the tube as if the tissue is glued together, closing the tube, which needs opening again, resulting in some damage evidence by the show of little blood.

Blood in semen (ejaculate) is also called hematospermia. Blood in semen can be caused by many conditions affecting the tubes that distribute semen from the testicles (seminal vesicles) or the prostate gland. The most common cause of blood in semen is inflammation of the seminal vesicles or prostate gland. Blood in the semen can temporarily be caused by injury to the prostate gland, such as from prostate biopsy.
