What can you pour down your sewer drains to help keep them clean of buildup?

I heard bleach is good. Is there any good enzyme cleaner out there?

You can use Rid-X if you have a septic system.

The best method is not to pour stuff down the drain that causes the build up. Grease/oil is the worst thing you can pour down the drain. Bleach won't cut through the grease. You will need a product like draino.
