The papers said this morning that all the Tapas group will be made OFFICIAL suspects. So the McCannsy may escape prosecution with "a little help from (their) friends" but they are still right in it regarding world opinion. Look what happened to Nixon... "pardoned" by a president BEFORE he was ever found guilty in a court of law...t then led a life in hiding, hiding his head in shame. Although he had a major hand in ending the Vietnam war he is synonymous with.... Watergate !!!
Similar thing will happen to the McCanns.

Mark Warner sites dont like you taking the kids in theyre restaurants,people who have stayed there have said so ,they are now minding kids at night after the kidnapping of the mccanns child,they didnt do it before,you could only have a babysitter listening at the door,the party decided it would be better if they did it among themslfs,they could do it more often.

I think it was probably discussed and agreed on before they even left the UK. From how much time all the parents seemed to spend with their children...not just the McCanns.....I don't know why they bothered taking them.

I'm not sure why they haven't been charged with neglect, and they want to say a nearby resturant when they report this crap. Oh ok, let a normal person do it in the states they would have our children out fast. They need charged.

To everyone who says mark warner discourages taking your children with you to the restaurants? so what?? it is sold as a family friendly place.. if i went there and they discouraged my daughter in the restaurant.. would i take notice? no i would not.. it is a family holiday, that means eating together.. and if they tried to bar me.. i would kick up holy hell.. also.. I have never come across a restaurant in Portugal that actively discourages children ...EVER... I lived there for years!!!

Does it matter? They are all woefully negligent. If they were teachers leaving kids on a school trip they would be personally liable and would be taken to court.....I rest my case....
