By strict definition of FACTORS, I am afraid that there is no 2-digit perfect square having just 7 factors other than the number 64. While 2,3,4,6,9,12,and 18 are certainly factors, numbers 36 and 1 are both themselves factors of the composite 36!. So we have 9 factors 0f 36 and not just seven. The perfect square you are looking for is 64. It has the factors 1,2,4,8,16,32and 64. The correct answer , therefore, is 64. Many thanks.
