What do you think of the facilities available in the UK? I personally find them dire, having to wash your hands BEFORE you go in and keep looking over your shoulder etc. What do you think needs to be done to improve the situation? Would everyone be prepared to pay for safe and well cleaned public loos? Anyone had any bad experiences? Lets face it, this is something that everyone needs at some time, and we know how it can spoil your day if no 'comfort break' is available!

i HATE public toilets, well the mens side is always so nasty, and sticks sooo bad!! Then you go into a cubicle and theres still poo in side the toilet, and the seats probably soaked with piss. And the urinal, well they have piss all around the floor, as some drunk idiot from the night before missed the urinal and instead pee'd on the floor!! And out of the 20 odd taps, only 2 work!! I personally always avoid using them!

It really pi**es me off that people leave public toilets in such a disgusting state, they would never leave their own bathroom in such a mess, so why do it in a bathroom that other people have to use?! Its disgusting, but the problem is that even toilets which get cleaned several times a day end up in a total mess.

i try not to go to them where possible...
some people will pay and pay respect to the loos but those who don't will muck it all up. it's always the way.
with the tax cit zens pay, isn't that enough to clean a few loos?
i don't know if that's something we can ever improve because there will always be those who can't go to the toilet in a civilised way.

In some places in London you do have to pay about 20-50 pence to use them! I think they do need to be there but as the politicans dont use them, they dont have any idea of how bad they are!!

i do not unavoidably imagine this is a nasty problem to promote them in public restrooms. although, I do imagine this is kinda gross seeing the machines in gas stations as you're vacationing. It basically must be a particular breed of people which will purchase those flavored and colored condoms in a gas station.

you can't use them, there is pis5 all over the floor and poofters poke holes in the cubicle dividng walls.
