I'd give a slight edge to Rob Reiner because he seems to really nail the human condition.But I greatly admire Ron Howard as well.

Oh wow, now why would you ask the impossible to answer question? Dang woman, you like to mess with the rest of us, don't you? Go on, admit it now.

(sigh) Well, OK. If I must pick one, I will do so, but only under protest.

I choose Ron Howard. Many many remarkable films. I believe he truly works magic behind the scenes. I have enjoyed each and every one of his movies.

Ron Howard is my favorite and I love Backdraft. It certainly is a tribute to the dangers our brave firefighters face every day.
