What would it feel, taste or smell like if it were a humans size? Does it have its own temperature, density, mass, specific gravity, strength? What does it looked like when it is burnt or cooked (suppose the cell is from meat)? What would the reaction be?

Well, mostly, cells are water. For a standard animal cell you'd have a big jelly like ball, coated on the outside with a double layer of fat. It would have a temperature of however much it respires, which could rnage from almost nothing to an awful lot. It could be considered to have strength, as groups of cells working collectivly are what enables the strength. the taste would be ever so slightly salty and sugary, with protein blobs.
