I have a friend who is in trouble beacuse she had her almost 18 year old sister over who while she was over acused my firend that she let her drink, smoke and watch/look at pornography which is totaly untrue while her husband dose smoke and they did have a wine coler in the frige they never gave the said minor any of it willingly will they be in trouble because of something like this even tho both my friend and her husband are beyond legal age? and keep the alleged porn hidden from the minor who proboly found it or something? or will a case like this be droped becasuse theres no proof?

File a protest for the treatment of your friend as against other persons in order to protect her rights..

Alcohol and pornography to a minor. Ouch. That's not good. And both illegal. Smoking not so much of a big deal (assuming not drugs you are talking about).
It's going to come down to the evidence I suppose. Depends on what she is accusing them of doing. If she can demonstrate how they voluntarily gave it to her...that's not good.
However, if she stumbled on the porn and read it on her own...not so much an issue. Her stumbling on alcohol is not a likely scenario.
So, bottom line, they could be in trouble. I wouldn't talk to the cops and would consider hiring a lawyer to understand their rights. Once you talk to the cops, they will use their words against them in court. This rarely goes well. Be careful!

Probably going nowhere. It's probably legal for a 17 year old in your state to have a glass of wine; just not to buy or operate.
The "Smoke" may be a bigger problem ;but somone is going to have to prove that; and the porn is he said-she said.
